For questions about a specific event, the best first step is to contact the person who gave you the event password or event link. They can help with:
- Event-specific settings and passwords
- Which server URL to use
- Your role assignment (sailor, support, spectator)
- Local event procedures

Important: When reporting a problem, please include the following information to help us diagnose the issue quickly.

- App Version: Find this on the Settings page of the app (scroll down to see the version number, e.g., "v1.2.3 (abc1234)")
- Device: Your phone/watch model (e.g., "iPhone 14", "Samsung Galaxy S23", "Galaxy Watch 5")
- Operating System: iOS version, Android version, or Wear OS version
Helpful Details
- Screenshots: Attach screenshots showing the issue or any error messages
- Steps to reproduce: What were you doing when the problem occurred?
- Event details: Which event were you tracking? (if applicable)
- Frequency: Does this happen every time, or only sometimes?
